Marion Barnett

Marion is a Scottish artist living and working in a tiny village in the Norfolk countryside. She works in both textiles and paint, frequently in the same piece, as well as in 3D, and is fascinated by layer, texture and meaning.

Much of her current work is about memory; things that are half remembered, fleeting moments in the past, things that might be memory or might be dream.

Her work invites us to speculate, to imagine, to dream, to interpret.
