Bill is 70 years old and has been painting for many years. He retired to Norfolk 3 years ago and loves painting Norfolk scenes because he says that wherever you go in Norfolk you will find a wonderful picture to paint.

He spends many hours with his grandchildren and friends teaching them to paint. He is now one of the artists who teach the children at Splat, our saturday art and craft club.
